I guess I don't have to JUST share my recipes on this blog. I am sad about the loss of the Adventist Book Center (ABC) in Hutchinson, MN. This was about a 25 minute drive from our home and a source of countless vegetarian and vegan products. It's also sad because my wife (Kristal) went to high school at the school attached (Maplewood Academy) and had fond memories of getting Little Debbie snacks from the ABC.
Luckily there is still an ABC in Maple Grove, MN which is a bit further but worth the drive if we need to stock up! You can also order online at www.adventistbookcenter.com but I don't think they sell their food products on the site. If you are ever looking for vegan Ham Flavored TVP, your local ABC is the place for that! If you are lucky enough to live near one I highly recommend checking out the unusual assortment of products!
