Chocolate Oat-s-Cream


2 Cups Steel Cut Oats (I used Natural Way Mills product)
Enough Water to make a Liter (with the oats in the high speed blender)
1 Cup Cane Juice Crystals (to taste)
2 Tbsp Organic Raw Cacao Nibs
3 Tbsp Dutch Processed Cocoa
1/8 Tsp Sea Salt
1 Tsp Vanilla

Process the oats and the water together at high speed until the oats have broken down and are smooth. Add the rest of the ingredients and process again until smooth. Add all the ingredients to the ice cream maker and mix until firm.
